- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience. Very rude front area personnel. I understand there is a protocol regarding information that expires but there is no reason to be demeaning and rude. My wife was in horrible pain and yet they told her the income info was expired yet they didn't say anything till she got there. Then since income info is mine, the breadwinner of the house they said I needed to print it out pay stubs, I guess they expected me to have a mobile printer with me. What a horrible attitude to have towards any person. I guess they must be better than those that they serve. I have no issues getting the information requested but no need to be rude and treat people with disrespect. Unbelievable.December 31, 2016by Jaz F
